1. bRING YOUR OWN IDEAS OR BE INSPIRED
Visit our flagship showroom and meet with a jewellery expert to discuss metals, stones and design. Bring your own ideas or be inspired by our beautiful jewellery in store.
2. Detailed sketches
Select the stone that’s right for you and our designers will create detailed sketches to capture your vision of the piece. If you’d like to make a change, just let us know - we offer ongoing consultation until your design is picture perfect.
3. final design selection
Once you’ve made your final selection, we will provide you with a quote for your perfect piece.
4. 3D Model
Our workshop creates a 3D model of your design for you to review. The 3D model is made to scale and is true representation of the metal component of your design. We can place larger gemstones in the model and you can make any slight adjustments prior to production.
5. crafting your design
Once we have received your deposit, our in-house jewellers begin work on your bespoke design. Our artisans meticulously hand-carve, hand-set and carefully hand-finish your piece, which will be ready for collection, or delivery, in 3 - 4 weeks.
6. Presenting the Bespoke Design
Final payment is made and your jewellery is placed in a beautiful Fairfax & Roberts wooden box to be adored and appreciated for years to come. If it’s a gift we’ll also wrap it for you, ready for presentation.
